Fried salmon with onion

Ingredients:

450 g salmon  fillet without skin
1 grinded garlic clove
1 table spoon brown sugar
1 tea spoon rice vinegar
2 table spoon tomato ketchup
2 table spoon sweet soya sauce
4 table spoon sunflower oil Majola
450 g thinly sliced onion
  finely chopped red hot pepper for decoration

Preparation:

Cut salmon fillet into pieces. Put them into not deep ceramic plate.

Mix up soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar and garlic.

Pour salmon with this mixture and leave for 30 min. to marinade.

In a big frying pan warm up 3 table spoons of sunflower oil Majola. Put there onion and fry on meddle heat within 10 min, till crunching crust.

With the help of skimmer take out onion from pan and put on warm plates.

Add into the pan rest of the sunflower oil. Put in it salmon with marinade and fry within 2 min.

Take away salmon from pan and put on plates above onion. Decorate with hot red pepper and serve the table.
