Indian cod with tomatoes

Ingredients:

3 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
4  steaks cod,  2,5 cm thickness
  Salt and newly milled pepper
1 chopped onion
2 grinded garlic cloves
1 cut sweet red pepper
1 tea spoon milled coriander
1 tea spoon milled caraway
1 tea spoon milled curcuma
½ tea spoon  Garam masala (mixture of seasonings)
400 g canned and cut  tomatoes
150   ml coconut milk
1-2 table spoons cut fresh parsley

Preparation:

Warm oil Majola in the pan, put fish steaks, salt and pepper and fry from both sides (but it shouldn't be completely prepared). Remove from pan and put aside.

Put on the pan onion, garlic, sweet pepper, spices and cook within 2 min and stir at the same time. Add tomatoes and stew 5 min more. Put fish on pan and stew within 8 minutes till its readiness.

Take off steaks from pan and put on plate. Pour into the pan coconut milk, put parsley and warm up. Pour steaks with sauce and serve the dishes at once.
