Fish Mediterranean soup

Ingredients:

1 table spoon sunflower oil Majola
1 coarsely chopped onion
2 crushed cloves of garlic
425 g fish broth
150 ml dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 twig thyme, rosemary and oregano
450 g thick white fish fillet without skin and sliced into cubes
450 g fresh mussels
400 g canned cut tomatoes
25 g defreeze cleaned shrimps  
  Salt and pepper
  Twigs of thyme for decoration

 

Preparation:

Warm up oil Majola in a big pot, fry a bit onion and garlic within 23 min.

Pour in wine, broth and bring to boil.

Tie with thread bay leaf with herbs and put into pot with fish and mussels. Stir and cover it, boil an small fire within 5 min.

Add tomatoes and shrimps, boil 3-4 min more till the preparedness of fish.

Remove herbs and mussels which didn't open

Decorate with twigs of thyme and serve with pieces of lemon and toasts
