Ingredients:

4 pieces  apples
1 piece lemon
3/4 glass white dry wine 
2 pieces  eggs
1 table spoon wheat flour
1/4 tea spoon vanilla sugar
2 table spoon sugar
 15 pieces  almonds

Preparation:

Wash apples, cut into halves, take out core. In the pot with lemon juice, cut lemon zest, 1 table spoon of sugar and half of wine stew apple halves at near 5 min.

Mix egg yolks with the half of packet of vanilla sugar and wine (which is left).

Whip egg whites with 1 table spoon of sugar, mix up with yolk cream.

Apple halves fill in with egg mass, strew with chopped almond, put apples into the shape (which is greased with butter), and bake in the oven under the temperature 200 degrees till readiness.
