Potato Mexican salad

Ingredients:

4 potatoes sliced into cubes
1 ripe avocado
1 tea spoon sunflower oil Majola
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1 crushed piece of garlic 
1 shredded onion
2 big tomatoes sliced into rings
 1 chopped green hot pepper
 1 yellow sweet pepper sliced into strips
 2 table spoons sliced coriander
  Salt and pepper
  lemon cloves for decoration

Preparation:

Boil potato till it becomes soft, pour off water and let potato get cold

Cut avocado in halves, take out stone. Press pulp with fork

Add to avocado oil Majola, lemon juice, garlic and onion. Cover bowl with foil so that avocado doesn't change colour and leave it.

Mix in bowl potato with tomatoes, hot pepper and sweet one

Put mixture of avocado above salad and strew with coriander. Salt it and pepper, decorate with pieces of lemon
