Take 500 ml of warm water, 50 g of yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3 tbsp. refined sunflower oil and 800 g of flour. For taste you can also add nuts and candied fruits.

Dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in warm water. Gradually add sifted flour and oil. Knead the dough about 10 minutes. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for a half an hour. Heat the oven up to 230 ° C. Place the dough into the greased and floured baking case. Bake the bread within 15 minutes. Later reduce the temperature up to 200 ° C and finish baking until it gets brown. Take the pie pan out of the oven, turn and knock the bottom: a dull sound means that bread is perfectly baked inside.
