Delicious doughnuts

One of the main decorations of the Christmas table is delicious doughnuts, made with love and own hands.

We share the secret of puffy dough, juicy stuffing and flavoryicing.

So, take 0.5 liters warm milk, 50 g yeast, 5 g salt, 50 g sugar and 0.5 kg flour for the dough. In 30 minutes, when the yeast dough is "ready", add 5 eggs whiskedwith 150 g of sugar, vanilla and 50 g of melted butter.

Preparation:

Mix everything and step by step add 1.5 kg of sifted flour.

When the dough for doughnuts is already kneaded, add 100 g of oil “Majola” and knead for another 5 minutes.

Put kneaded dough in a warm place. When the dough has risen, we shape doughnuts and fill with stuffing. Place formed "balls" for another 15-20 minutes on the tray sprinkled with flour.

On medium heat warm up “Majola” oil and put doughnutswith the seam down. When they become browned, turn over to another side.

Cherry, poppy, plum, apple or apricot jam are suitable for the stuffing. There are plenty of options.

Poppy stuffing is prepared as follows: 2 cups of poppy (steamed and grounded), 1 egg, vanilla, sugar to taste, 0.5 can condensed milk, raisins.

For the icing we use: colored marmalade, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 4 tbsp. sugar and 50 g butter.

At this time we can doicing: chop marmalade and place it in a saucepan. Add sour cream, sugar and some butter. Bring it to boil on a slow heat and cook for 10 minutes. Lavishly cover doughnuts with finished icing.
