The basis of man's healthy nourishment is balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Fats have the biggest energy value. They are necessary for normal functioning of the central nervous system, for better uptake of proteins, mineral substances, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E.

Fats consist of glycerin and higher fatty acids which are divided into saturated and unsaturated one. Saturated fatty acids are in animal hard fats. The more saturated fatty acids in the fat, the higher is its melting temperature, and consequently, it digests longer and assimilates worse. Unsaturated fatty acids are part of liquid acids - vegetable oils and also fats of marine animals and fishes. Unsaturated fatty acids take part as a necessary component when cellar membranes and neurilemma are created. They remove cholesterol, normalize and strengthen walls of blood vessels.  

Sunflower oil is a unique product which useful properties are much higher than other vegetable oils. Neither soya, nor rape or corn can’t compete with sunflower in wealth of useful substances. Sunflower oil is rich source of necessary vitamins, basic among them are A, D and E.

There is in twelve times more of vitamin E in sunflower oil than in olive one. Into the composition of sunflower oil enterlinoleic and linolenic unsaturated fatty acids (so called vitamin F) which are not produced in human organism by themselves, but are utterly valuable and healthy.

Vitamin A (retinol) — is a vitamin of growth which provides normal development of an organism. It improves condition of skin, contributes to resistance of organism against infection, positively impacts on work of lungs, ensures growth and development of epithelial cells, and enters into composition of visual pigment which regulates an eye adaptation to darkness. By lack of retinol in organism hairs become dry and brittle.

Vitamin D (calcitriol) is irreplaceable for children and teenagers as it ensures growth and development of bones. This vitamin regulates mineral metabolism and acts not only as vitamin, but also as hormone carrying out positive influence on cells of bowels, kidneys and muscles. It boosts immunity; betters work of thyroid gland and promote blood clotting.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) controls reproductive function, improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, strengthens capillary walls, positively impacts on nervous system, slows down process of aging and has an anticarcinogenic effect.  It helps look younger, delaying aging process of cells, protects lungs from polluted air, protects cellular structure from destruction by free radicals (acts as antioxidant), prevents appearance and dissolves blood clots, accelerates healing of burns, lowers blood pressure, supports immunity system and provides normal functioning of musculature.

Vitamin F (unsaturated fatty acids) takes part in constructing of cell membranes, in regulation of fat metabolism in organism, prevents creation of cholesterol on walls of vessels, normalizes blood circulation, ensures healthy condition of skin and hairs, positively impacts on activity of glands of internal secretion, due to this calcium assimilates better on cellular level, helps to lose weight, having burn saturated fats.
