Spanish tomato soup

4 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
1 chopped onion
3 crushed cloves of garlic
1 cut sweet green pepper
½ tea spoon chili powder
500 g cut tomatoes
225 g baguette cut in cubes
1 l vegetable broth
4 pieces of baguette
25 g grated cheese
  Chili powder for sprinkle


Heat up oil Majola on big pan. Put onion, garlic and sweet pepper and stew 2-3 min on small fire, stirring often.
Add chili powder, tomatoes and stew on middle fire until soup becomes dense. Mix with cubes of baguette, pour in broth and cook 10-15 min until soup becomes dense.
Cook toasts. Grill pieces of baguette from both sides. Sprinkle pieces with oil, rub with garlic and strew with grated cheese. Put in grill for 2-3 min more. Strew it with chili powder and serve with soup.
