Lamb with olives

1,25 kg soft  leg of lamb (gigot)
90 ml sunflower oil Majola or olive one
2 grinded cloves of garlic
1 onion cut into pieces
1 hot red pepper cut into small pieces
175 ml dry wine
175 g olives without stones
  Salt and pepper
  fresh parsley for decoration


With the sharp knife cut lamb into cubes 2, 5 cm. Warm up on frying pan oil Majola; fry garlic, onion and hot pepper within 5 min.
Put meat on frying pan, pour in wine. Cook 5 min. more. Add olives and put mixture into the dish for baking.
Within 1 hour 20 min bake in oven which is warmed up to 180⁰С till meat becomes soft. Salt and pepper according to your taste, decorate with parsley.
