Beef goulash

Ingredients:

2 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
1 chopped big onion
1 grinded clove of garlic
750 g beef
2 table spoons paprika
425 g canned sliced tomatoes
2 table spoons tomato paste
1 big sweet pepper cut into cubes
175 g cut into pieces champignons
600 ml beef broth
1 table spoon corn flour
1 table spoon water
4 table spoons nonfat natural yogurt
  Salt and pepper
  Parsley for decoration
  Mixture of white and brown long rice

Preparation:

Warm up oil Majola in a big frying pan. Fry onion and garlic within 3-4 min. Cut beef into bricks. Fry on heavy fire during 3 min till it gets brown colour.

Add paprika, stir it, and put tomatoes, tomato paste, sweet pepper and mushrooms. Cook within 2 min, often stirring.

Pour in broth, bring to boil and reduce fire. Cover it and stew 1,5 -2 hours till the meat becomes soft.

Dilute corn flour with water and pour into pan. Stir till it becomes dense without clods. Put on fire for 1 min, salt and pepper it according to your taste.

Pour yogurt in sauceboat and strew with paprika. Put goulash on plates, decorate with parsley, and serve with rice and yogurt.
