Chicken meatballs with chili pepper

450 g chicken nonfat stuffing
  green onion cut into small pieces
1 sliced red hot pepper
2,5 cm cut ginger root
100 g canned corn
  Salt, white pepper
  Cooked rice for side dish


150 ml chicken broth
100 g pineapple in its own juice which is cut into pieces 
1 middle size carrot  cut into straws  
1 red sweet pepper cut into pieces
1 table spoon light soya sauce
2 table spoons rice vinegar
1 table spoon powdered sugar
1 table spoon tomato paste
2 tea spoons Corn flour dissolved in 4 tea spoons of water


For meatballs mix up chicken stuffing with green onion, hot and white pepper, salt and corn.
Divide mass into 16 parts and make balls. Boil up water in the pot. Put balls in steamer or sieve with culinary paper covered on the bottom and place above boiling water.
For sauce pour in the pot broth and pineapple juice and boil. Put carrot, sweet pepper and cook on small heat during 5 min. Add rest of ingredients and stir till it becomes dense.
Leave meatballs to flow down and put on plate. Decorate with green onion, serve with rice and sauce garnish.
