Pork with sauce ratatouille

Ingredients:

4 pork cutlets, each 125 g
1 tea spoon mixture of dry herbs
  Salt and pepper
  Baked potato for garnish

Sauce:

1 middle – size onion
1 clove of garlic
1 yellow sweet pepper
1 green sweet pepper
1 middle – size peeled vegetable marrow
100 g small champignons
400 g cut tomatoes
2 table spoons tomato paste
1 tea spoon mixture of dry herbs
1 tea spoon powdered sugar

Preparation:

For sauce chop onion and garlic. Cut into bricks sweet pepper and vegetable marrow. Cut mushrooms in two halves.

Put all vegetables on frying pan and fry with tomatoes and tomato paste. Add dry herbs, sugar, salt and pepper.

Heat grill to middle temperature. Salt and pepper cutlets from both sizes and rub with herbs. Fry from both sides during 5-7 min.

Put cutlets on paper towel, so the fat could flow and serve with baked potato.
