whole cleaned mullet


Sliced green onion

fresh grated ginger

garlic vinegar

bright soya sauce

3 tea spoons

powdered sugar


A little bit of chili sauce

125 ml

fish bouillon


sliced sweet green pepper


big tomato without peel and cut into strips


Salt and pepper


Tomato pieces for decoration


Wash fish on the top and inside, and put on paper towel. Make 3 diagonal cuts from each side of the fish. Salt and pepper on the top and inside according to your taste.
Put fish on the fireproof dish, strew with green onion and grated ginger. Cover and boil on steam 10 min until its preparedness.
In the pot bring to boil garlic vinegar, soya sauce, powdered sugar, chili sauce, sweet pepper and tomatoes. Stir from time to time.
Cook sauce on strong fire until it becomes dense. Take fish out of steam cooker and put on warm plate. Pour with sauce, decorate with pieces of tomato and verdure, and serve the table.
