Trout with smoke-dried bacon

Ingredients:

  Butter for greasing 
4 (each 275 g) cleaned trout
12 chopped anchovies  in butter
2 peeled apples cut into pieces
4 twigs fresh mint
  Juice of 1 lemon
12   pieces smoke-dried bacon without skin
450 g dry noodles
1 table spoon Майола  sunflower oil Majola
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Grease tray with butter. Wash cavities of each fish with warm and salted water. Salt and pepper fish inside. Put inside of the fish equal quantity of anchovies, apples and twig of mint. Pour lemon juice inside of each fish.

Cover each fish with bacon (with the exception of head). Put trout into the tray, pepper it and bake within 20min in the heated up to 200 ºС oven. In 10 min turn over trout.

In big pot bring to boil water having salted it a little bit. Put noodle and oil Majola and cook within 12 min. Strain it off and put on warm plate.

Take trout out of oven and put above noodles. Decorate with pieces of apples and twig of mint and serve the table.
