Baked fresh sardines

Ingredients:

2 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
2 big onions, cut into circles  
3 grinded garlic cloves
2 big vegetable marrows stick-like cut
3 table spoons fresh thyme
8  portions fillet of sardines
75 g grated parmesan cheese
4 whipped eggs 
150 ml milk
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Warm up in the pan 1 table spoon of oil Majola. Put onion and garlic and fry during 2-3 min.

Add vegetable marrows and fry 5 min more. Add 2 table spoons of thyme.

Put half of vegetable mixture on the bottom of fireproof dish. Put fish above and strew with the half of grated cheese. Cover with the rest of vegetable mixture and strew with thyme.

Mix up eggs with milk, salt and pepper according to your taste. Pour fish with this vegetable mixture. Strew with the rest of grated cheese.

During 20-25 min bake it in oven under the temperature180 ºС. It should be served hot, straight from oven.
