Ingredients:

4 trout  each 225 g
  Small bunch of cilantro
4 finely cut shallot onions
1 finely cut small red sweet pepper
1 finely cut small yellow pepper
2 finely cut green hot peppers
1-2 finely cut red hot peppers
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 table spoon white vinegar
2 tea spoons powdered sugar
  Salt and pepper
  Green lettuce as a garnish

Preparation:

Warm up oven to the point of 180 ⁰С. Wash trout and dry with paper towel. Salt, pepper and stuff with leaves of cilantro.

Put fish in fireproof dish. Strew with onion, sweet and hot pepper.

In the bowl mix up lemon juice, vinegar, powdered sugar. Pour fish with mixture, salt and pepper. Cover with lid or foil and bake during 30 min.

Take out fish and put it on warm plates. Put vegetables above fish. Decorate with cilantro.
