Potato hash-dish

Ingredients:

25 g butter
1 red onion
1 chopped carrot
25 g green leguminous bean
3 big potatoes cut into cubes
2 table spoons of flour
600 ml vegetable broth
225 g tofu (cheese), cut into cubes
  Salt and pepper
  Cut fresh parsley for decoration

Preparation:

Melt butter in frying pan. Put pieces of onion, carrot, broken leguminous bean, potato cubes; fry and stir at the same time within 5-7 min.

Add flour and cook stirring 1 min more. Slowly pour in broth.

Lower the fire and stew mixture within 15 min. Add tofu and cook 5 min more. Salt and pepper according to your taste.

Strew potato hash-dish with parsley and serve the table.
