Bananas with sesame

Ingredients:

4 ripe middle – size bananas
3 table spoons lemon juice
125 g powdered sugar
4 table spoons  cold water
2 table spoons sesame seeds
150  ml nonfat natural yogurt
1  table spoon powdered sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla essence
  lemon zest for decoration

Preparation:

Peel bananas and cut into 5 cm pieces. Put banana pieces into the bowl, pour with lemon juice and properly intermix, so bananas don't get dark.

In a small pot warm up a little bit of water with sugar. Intermix, so to dissolve sugar. Bring to boil and cook for 5-6 min till it gets golden – brown colour.

Pour off water from bananas and dry with paper towel. Put parchment on the tube pan or on the board and put bananas.

Pour bananas with caramelized syrup. You should do it as fast as possible, because caramel gets dry quickly. Strew bananas with sesame seeds and leave it for 10 min.

Mix up yogurt with powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Remove bananas from parchment and put on plates.

Serve yogurt as sauce, decorate with lemon and lime zest strips.
