Sponge Cake without eggs

225 g coarse grinding flour with baking powder
2 tea spoons baking powder
175 g powdered sugar
6 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
250    ml water
1 tea spoon vanilla powder
4 table spoons strawberry confiture (jam)
  powdered sugar for sprinkling


Grease with oil Majola 2 tin trays (each 20 cm) and lay parchment.
Sieve flour with baking powder in a big bowl. Mix up with powdered sugar. Add sunflower oil, water and vanilla. Stir 1 min with wooden spoon, so the mixture becomes smooth and put it into prepared trays.
Bake in the oven within 25-30 min under the temperature 180 ºС. Let sponge cakes to cool and put them on grid.
Remove parchment before serve and put 1 sponge cake on plate. Spread jam on it and cover with another sponge cake. Strew slightly with powdered sugar and serve the table.
