Lemon ice cream

3 lemons
200   ml lemon juice
100 g powdered sugar
500   ml cold water


Grate lemon zest on grater.
Put into the pot zest, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Bring to boil and cook 5-6 min till it becomes dense. Cool it.
When it gets cold add water and pour in freezing form with the lid.
Place on 4-5 hours into freezing chamber. Stir from time to time, so to break ice. Serve for dessert.
