Sweet pepper with rosemary

4 table-spoon sunflower oil Majola
  Grated peel of 1 lemon
4 table-spoons lemon juice
1 table-spoon balsamic vinegar
1 table-spoon crushed fresh rosemary or 1 tea spoon of dry one
2 red sweet peppers divided into halves  
2 orange sweet peppers divided into halves  
2 table-spoons cedar nuts
  Salt and pepper
  Twigs of fresh rosemary for decoration


Mix up oil Majola, lemon peel, lemon juice, vinegar, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Put sweet pepper on the grill having put on it foil. Oil it.
Grill peppers 3-4 min till the skin crumbles, often greasing with lemon juice mixture. Take out of stove and cover with foil.
Mean time grill cedar nuts for 2 -3 min. Be careful, don't burn it.
Take off skin from peppers, slice it and put on warm up plate. Strew with cedar nuts and pour with the rest of lemon juice. Decorate with twigs of rosemary. Serve it.
