Salmon with pasta

Ingredients:

4 (each 275 g) Steak of fresh salmon
60 g butter
175g dry white wine
  Sea salt
8  peas black pepper
one twig of dill and tarragon
1 cut into pieces lemon
450 g   pasta
2 table spoons sunflower oil Majola or olive one
  Pieces of lemon and cress for decoration

Sauce:

25 g butter
25 g flour
150 ml warm milk
  juice and grated zest of 2 lemons
60 g chopped cress
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Put salmon in big nonstick frying pan. Add oil Majola, wine, a little bit of sea salt, peppercorn, dill, tarragon and lemon. Cover with lid, bring to boil and stew during 10 min.

Take salmon out of pan. Don't pour out liquid in which salmon was cooking. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Put on warm plate.

Boil salted water in the pot. Put pasta and 1 table spoon of oil Majola and cook during 8-10 min. Toss it away and pour with the rest of oil. Put pasta on warm plate, put salmon steaks above.

For sauce melt butter in the pot, add flour and cook stirring within 2 min. Add milk and 7 spoons of liquid in which salmon was stewing. Add lemon juice, zest and cook stirring 10 min. more.

Put cress in sauce, mix up, salt it and pepper. Pour salmon and pasta with sauce, decorate with pieces of lemon, cress, and serve the table.
