Italian salad with mozzarella

Ingredients:

200 g new spinach
125 g watercress (leaves of mustard)
125 g mozzarella cheese
225 g cherry tomatoes
2 tea spoons balsamic vinegar 
1 ½ table spoon sunflower oil Majola or olive oil
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash spinach, salad and dry it. Cut off rough stems. Put leaves into salad bowl.

Cut into small pieces mozzarella cheese, strew salad and spinach with it. Cut tomatoes into halves and put above spinach and watercress.

Pour a bit with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt it and pepper. Mix up leaves with dressing. Serve at once or before serve put in fridge.
