Salad with potato and reddish

450 g new potato divided in halves
½ cucumber sliced into thin rings
2 tea spoon salt
  bunch of reddish sliced into thin rings


1 table spoon non spicy mustard
2 table spoons sunflower oil Majola or olive one
1 table spoon white vinegar
2 table spoons mixture of cut herbs


Cook potato, pour out water and leave it to get cold.
Put cucumber on plate and salt it. Leave it for 30 min, then wash it with cold flowing water and dry with paper towel.
Sort properly pieces of cucumber on plate and put above pieces of reddish. Put potato in the middle.
Pour all ingredients of sauce in jar and cover it.
Put into the fridge before serve
