2 table spoons sunflower oil Majola
225 g potato sliced into cubes
1 big chopped onion
2 crushed cloves of garlic
1 tea spoon garam masala (mixture of spices)
1tea spoon milled coriander
1 tea spoon milled caraway
900 g vegetable broth
1 chopped red hot pepper
100 g frozen green pea
4 table spoons natural nonfat yogurt
  Salt and pepper
  Cut fresh coriander for decoration


In a big pot warm oil Majola, put there potato, onion and garlic. Fry a bit during 5 min, stirring all the time. Add milled spices and cook during 1 min, stirring all the time.
Pour in broth, add hot pepper, and bring to boil. Reduce the fire, cover it and cook 20 min.
Add pea and cook 5 min more. Mix up with yogurt and dress with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Pour in previously prepared plates, strew with verdure and serve with warm bread.
