Mushroom soup in calabrian

Ingredients:

2  table spoons sunflower oil Majola
1 chopped onion
450 g mushrooms (3 different kinds)
300 ml milk
850 ml vegetable broth
8 pieces of baguette
2 crushed cloves of garlic
50 g soft butter
75 g finely grated cheese
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Heat up on big pan oil Majola and fry onion within 3-4 min till it gets gold colour.

Wipe each mushroom with wet napkin, big mushrooms cut into pieces.

Put mushrooms on pan, mix up with onion and oil. Pour in milk, bring o boil and stew at near 5 min. Slowly pour in vegetable broth, salt and pepper it according to your taste.

Grill bread from both sides till it gets golden colour. Mix garlic with butter and spread it lavishly on bread.

Put toasts in soup tureen or on each plate. Pour above with hot soup. Strew with grated cheese and serve.
