Pumpkin pancakes with cheese

1 glass milk
1 glass pumpkin (grated and uncooked)
3 pcs egg
1 teaspoon turmeric
to your taste salt,sugar
2 table spoons vegetable oil
250 g hard cheese (200 g of Russian cheese, 50 halloumi and parmesan for topping)
1 clove (at will) garlic



Grate uncooked pumpkin.

Knead dough out of eggs, milk and flour. The dough must be the same as for pancakes (a little bit denser than usual). Add turmeric, grated pumpkin and vegetable oil. Use an ordinary ladle and pour into heated and greased (1 time) pan. Fry on both sides.


Grate cheese and garlic, chop verdure, mix up and chaotically sprinkle hot pancake with the mixture.

 Put again hot pancake on the top and sprinkle with cheese and verdure.

 There are just seven pancakes. They are not very thin, but well baked.  It is easy to turn over such omelettes.

Last pancake grease with piece of butter and sprinkle with parmesan. It is better to serve it warm, just cooked, or you can put it into the fridge and take out before guests come.
