Pork with apples and berries

Ingredients:

500 g lean pork filleted
2 tea spoons sunflower oil Majola
150 ml vegetable broth
150 ml dry pink wine
1 table spoon sliced fresh thyme
1 table spoon transparent honey
2 peeled and cut into pieces green apples
1 tea spoon lemon juice
175 g fresh or 200 g of canned blackberry
2 tea spoons corn flour diluted in 4 tea spoons of cold water
  Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut off fat and skin from filleted. Cut into tidy pieces of 1 cm thickness. Warm up in pan oil Majola and fry pork from all sides within 4-5 min. Take out pieces of pork and put on paper towel.

Add broth and wine to the rest which is left on the pan. Put thyme and honey. Mix up, add pork and apples. Stew without cover within 5 min.

Add blackberry and dress according to your taste. Stew 5 min more. Mix up everything with diluted corn flour, so the sauce could dense. Serve with freshly cooked vegetables.
