Soup with bacon, bean and garlic

225 g pieces of smoked nonfat bacon
1 cut in pieces carrot
1 celery root sliced in small pieces
1 chopped onion
1 table spoon sunflower oil Majola
3 cloves of garlic sliced in pieces
700 ml vegetable broth
200 g cut tomatoes
1 table spoon chopped thyme verdure
 400 g canned white bean
1 table spoon tomato paste
  Salt and pepper
  Grated cheese for strew


Cut two pieces of bacon and put in fireproof dish. During 3-4 min fat melts under the high heat in microwave oven and bacon prepares. Stir bacon while cooking. Put bacon on plate and let it cool. Bacon has to be dry and crunching.
Put onion, carrot, celery and oil Majola in a big bowl. Cover and cook 4 min in microwave oven under the high heat.
Cut rest of bacon and put in big fireproof bowl, add garlic. Cover and cook 2 min under the high heat.
Pour in broth, put bean and tomatoes, thyme and tomato puree. Cover and cook 8 min under the high heat. Add flavorings according to your taste. Pour soup into plates and strew with bacon cracklings and grated cheese.
